University Level Courses.
According to UK Parliament, the average student in England will graduate with debts of over £45,000. It's no wonder
that people are finding much more practical alternatives to university to accelerate their careers.
Studying university level courses locally can help significantly reduce the costs of gaining a degree, with competitive
fees and no relocation costs. And if you've already studied a further education qualification at GC, you could also be
entitled to a bursary to help towards the costs of your course.
With a wide range of part-time and full-time professional courses, HNCs, HNDs, HTQs, higher apprenticeships,
foundation degrees, degrees, and postgraduate qualifications at Gloucestershire College (GC), you can choose a
pace of study to suit your lifestyle and career goals. You can still earn a degree level qualification while you work, but
if you're new to the workplace you'll gain that all-important work experience at GC too.
Find out more about the different types of qualifications on page 21.
